Its a shame there so little knowledge about him (and artwork...especially the kick ass kind). He is a hero in some ways, while many others have decided to put their lives into guns and simply fire away, here we have someone who gave the middle finger to all that and decided to use blades, knives and swords. He almost looks like a spanish duelist...long live you, Kollektor...you are my hero and have shown me the way :D
